At ByPurest™, we offer free shipping on all products across the United States, including California. We aim to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and reliably.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately. Here's what you can expect:

    • After your order is confirmed, we process it and send it to our supplier within 24 hours.

  2. Shipping Timeframe:

    • The supplier will prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping courier within 3 to 7 business days.
    • Once the package is in transit, we will email you a tracking code to follow your order's progress.

  3. Delivery Timeline:

    • After the courier picks up your package, delivery to your address typically occurs within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, these may be shipped from different suppliers. As a result, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers. Each tracking code will be provided via email.

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your shipment using the tracking code provided to you via email. You can either:

  • Track it directly on our website, or
  • Use any third-party shipment tracking website.

Delays & Notifications

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, some exceptional cases (such as high order volumes or shipping company delays) may affect the shipment timeline. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email or you can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number.

Shipping Exceptions

Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders, expedited shipping requests, or orders placed in certain remote locations. You will be informed of any shipping fees before checkout.
