RETURN POLICY

At ByPurest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

You can return any item purchased on ByPurest within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at bypurest@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)
  • Your preferred refund method (e.g., original payment method or store credit)

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a return authorization via email. You will also receive the correct return address for your product (this address may differ from the original shipping address).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the package arrives safely. ByPurest is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method or your requested method (e.g., store credit) within 14 business days of receiving the item.

If the product does not meet the return conditions (e.g., shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging), we may:

  • Offer a partial refund, or
  • Deny the refund and return the product to you at your expense.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, and final sale items. We encourage you to review the product page for any specific return exclusions before making your purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive and approve your return, we will provide you with store credit or send out the replacement item (subject to availability).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at bypurest@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

Return Address

Please do not send your product back without receiving a return authorization from our team. The return address may differ from the original shipping address, so be sure to use the address we provide in our return authorization email.
